ETC 6045 Steam Pressure Sensor

The ETC6045 provides high-pressure sensing for steam boilers and other pressurised systems. Built to withstand working pressures of up to 25 bar—with burst resistance rated to 80 bar—it is suited for applications where standard sensors cannot cope with continuous high-load conditions. It connects to the ETC6000 controller via CANBus, and works in harmony with the system’s input channels and safety logic.

During operation, the ETC6045 sends accurate pressure data to the controller, which can be used to adjust burner firing rate, raise alarms, or initiate shutdowns in the event of an overpressure condition. The sensor’s G ¼” mounting thread ensures compatibility with most boiler headers and control panels, while the M12 5-pin connector simplifies wiring.

Like the ETC6044, the 6045 is encased in an IP54-rated housing to protect against environmental factors in boiler houses and mechanical rooms. It is particularly well suited to process environments where high steam pressures are normal, such as food production, chemical treatment, or power generation.
